Meet Anna, a product manager from Austria

  • Anna
    Founder of JobPoll
Anna - product manager in the investment company from Austria and manager of this project. The company invested in catering projects and got this idea from this industry.

The idea of a startup

The problem is that some of the employees in each company are not satisfied with some things, which can depend on their condition and motivation. The idea is - always be in touch with the conditionals of the employees. Always make review it. They realized that they could solve it with a poll for each employee. And if founders don't want what exact question to ask - they can be advised.

Client’s requirements for the app MVP

Make a platform for founders to create polls about employees' well-being and review the process after completing the survey.

Result. Step by step development

1) Product manager planed the product in user flow

Firstly product manager discussed all requirements with the client and created a user flow with all screens and actions. It helped the designer to develop UX. You can look through the screenshots to see it in more detail.

Then he built whole prototype according to user flow

No code development. User flow presentation.

After the design, we started to transfer all screens to Bubble.io and set the logic. Let's learn the user flow.

1) Landing page

On the landing page, users can learn about the project. You can look through the screenshots to see it in more detail

2) Registration flow

First, the user register on the platform. He will answer several questions.

3) Poll creation page

Users can add two types of questions on this page - text or range. Also, he can add questions from the list of suggestions and templates.

4) Adding and setting deadlines.

Then they create employees or add a new one. And set the deadline for the appointment. After that employee gets the email with the poll link. You can look through the screenshots to see it in more detail

5) Employees go to the link and answer the questions

You can look through the screenshots to see it in more detail

6) Admin(boss) gets the answer and starts to review it

On the meeting page, the admin can leave notes near each answer and make a list of the tasks for each meeting

Complex logic

The most complex feature - is working with poll creation. We needed to add a feature of adding from suggested or template questions, choosing the type of question, editing, and deleting each question. It was pretty challenging.
